Management Through the Years

KBI Schools was founded in 2012 under the guidance of its Board of Directors, including Revd George Okikiolu and Mrs Funke Okikiolu.

Funke Okikiolu-Fadesere served as the school's administrative head during its earlier years before relocating to Belfast. As the school developed and expanded beyond its original nursery and primary foundation, day-to-day administration increasingly moved to resident school leadership.

The school's development has also been supported by Babatunde Awoyemi, a STEM Education specialist trained in Physics and Atmospheric Physics at the University of Ibadan, who has contributed to the development of STEM, Coding & Robotics and Prevocational Skills programmes.

Today, the Board continues to provide strategic and academic oversight while the school's operational leadership manages its day-to-day educational and administrative activities.
